CONGRATS ON MAKING YOU A PRIORITY

Giving ourself an hour to look inward, sweat, move and feel can create hours of ease and freedom in the rest of our day. We acknowledge you for saying yes to it 10 times over!

Step 1: Choose In Person or Livestream on our schedule here.

Step 2: Prep to Arrive or Practice where you’re at. Here’s the skinny:

  • In Person:

    • There are a limited number of spots available to maintain social distancing practices

    • Complete the online COVID-19 waiver here

    • Arrive wearing a mask, bring your yoga mat, water, towel and props needed for practice (block/strap)

    • Upon arrival, hit up the restroom, wash your hands and head up the back stairs. Please line up on the markers outside the studio. We will take your temperature and ask you a few questions before you head in for practice.

    • Bring all your belongings into the practice space with you and place your mat on the markers that are 6 feet apart. Once you’ve landed on your mat, you may remove your mask.

    • The teacher will wear a mask as they greet you and will teach in one spot without a mask. They will not move around the room or give any assists.

    • When class is complete, roll up your belongings, put your mask back on and head home with your yoga glow. If we made an impact on you, give us a review. It helps more people find us and helps us have a bigger impact on our community.

  • Livestream Class & Have the Best Experience:

    • It’s easiest to download the Zoom App (the one for cloud meetings)

    • Sign up on our schedule for the class you want to take at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time.

    • Join a zoom meeting using the link in the registration confirmation text or email. Include your first name

    • Turn your video ON and set up your practice space by positioning your camera 6 feet from the top right or left corner of your mat and 3-5 feet off of the floor. This way we can see you from the front and side and give you pointers as we teach to the class.
