Class Descriptions

All Classes are Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga

Each class is suitable for ALL LEVELS and all classes are taught in a heated room (90 degrees). This powerful, energetic, playful flowing class has a strong emphasis on breath and allows beginners, intermediate and advanced students to be challenged in the same class. Most classes are inspired by Baron Baptiste.  The room is heated to help cleanse the body and warm the muscles.

Power Yoga Basics Our standard flow class with emphasis on breath and the foundational yoga poses, deepening the student’s knowledge of alignment and how to make everything in class and life easier.  Be prepared to move your body to reach your personal edge. Great for beginners and seasoned peeps looking to come back to the simplicity of their yoga practice.  All levels are welcome.

All Levels This flowing form of yoga will help you clarify, relax, focus and concentrate. All levels are accommodated in this vigorous and challenging class.

Hour of Power This 60 minute class will take you to your edge! It’s not always about physical difficulty, but the degree of quietness, gentleness and sensitivity. Make it powerful by honoring what you’re feeling and experiencing.

Shake Your Asana This 60 minute class is our standard Power Vinyasa Flow with rockin’ tunes! A great way to end the week and rock into the weekend. You might find yourself dancing and singing on your yoga mat. All levels are welcome.

Rock Your Core This is a 60 minute class with extra emphasis on your abdominal and back muscles for a more connected and leaner core.

Community – Donation This is our standard 60-minute class often taught by newer teachers or teachers in training.  Give what you can and support your community.
