Power Yoga Basics Our standard flow class with emphasis on the foundational postures, deepening the student’s knowledge of alignment and physical condition. Be prepared to move your body to reach your personal edge. All levels are welcome.

Hour of Power This 60 minute class will take you to your edge! It’s not always about physical difficulty, but the degree of quietness, gentleness and sensitivity. Make it powerful by honoring what you’re feeling and experiencing.
Shake Your Asana This 60 minute class is our standard Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow with rockin’ tunes! A great way to end the week and rock into the weekend. You might find yourself dancing and singing on your yoga mat. All levels are welcome.
Yoga Body Bootcamp™ This 75-minute class will take you to your edge and squeeze every bit out of you. You will encounter a mix of yoga with total-body-conditioning. It’s not about what you can or cannot do, but that you show up willing to transform your body, mind and beliefs.
Rock Your Core This is a 60 minute class mixing yoga and pilates to tone and strengthen your abdominal and back muscles for a stronger, leaner center.
Community – Donation This is our standard 60-minute class often taught by newer teachers or teachers in training. Give what you can and support your community.
Little Pretzels (Kids Yoga) 45-minute kids drop in yoga class intertwining yoga poses and creative play. Suggested age 5-10.
